BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Bookings

Once a date for your session(s) has been confirmed, I will send a questionnaire along with an invoice in order to confirm your booking. I require a 50% deposit in order to secure your chosen date. This is due as soon as possible once received - your date will be held for one week. If funds have not been received within this time frame, I reserve the right to allow another client to book an appointment on the given date. 

I require all clients to fill out a thorough questionnaire before their appointment. This is needed at least 48 hours in advance. The purpose of the questionnaire is so that I could better understand your needs and requirements - so that we can make the most of our time together. If not received in advance, we will have to conduct this questionnaire during our session and you will not be given any additional time to account for this. 

Travel expenses

One hour of travel within London and North Kent is included in the cost of the service. For travel to other areas, there will be an additional charge of £30 per hour to cover fuel and time.

additional time

I allow an extra 30 minutes to the duration of any of my services, at no additional cost to my clients. If additional time is required, an hourly rate of £75 will be added to the total cost.

Payments

As previously mentioned, a 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking. You will be sent an invoice with your reservation. I will reserve the date for one week, after this time the date will be released if no payment has been made.

Two weeks before your appointment you will receive an invoice for the remainder of the balance. Payment is due as soon as possible once received and, at the latest, one week before the appointment is due.

For services provided online (online wardrobe edit and online shopping), I require full payment before proceeding.

Cancellations and rain checks

Cancellation requests must be made at least one week in advance for a full refund. Cancellations after this will lose their 50% deposit. If a cancellation is received with less than 48 hours notice, full payment will be charged. 

Rain check requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours is given, a fee will apply. However, please give as much notice as possible so that I may fill your appointment with another client.
